Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 105 g of Pro Plan. We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow your dog to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. But a good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN Although you’ll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 – 10 days to ease the transition from your dog’s current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you’re feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. It's been a challenge to find a dog food my toy poodles like. This they like

Our kitchen became infested with moths,we discovered they came from the Purina food bag. We will no longer be ordering this brand or ordering in bulk.

Not a cure-all, but can take the edge off.

My dog (35lb mix) had a hard 6 weeks before he got to me and has struggled with behavioral problems his entire life. Sometimes he’s aggressive for no discernible reason, it’s like his brain chemistry is off. Could be bad genetics, could be his early puppyhood. Either way, he can snap at you at the drop of a hat and resource guards items like his life depends on it. I have noticed since starting this food 4-5 months ago tht the instances of this aggressive/insecure behavior has decreased both in frequency and severity. I also give either a calming hemp treat or hemp oil with his dinner and that helps as well. I have heard feeding this formula and adding on the calming care probiotic is more effective if you can afford to do both! :)
